Growing Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, the vineyard consists of two primary blocks. The five acre Block '98, so named because it was planted in 1998, is essentially a "founder's" block since 1998 was the first year commercial grapes were planted in the Lake Chelan valley in modern times. Block '98 contains one and one-half acres of Merlot, two and one-half acres of Pinot Noir and one acre of Cabernet Franc. The seven acre Block '14, planted in 2014, contains three acres of Merlot, two acres of Cabernet Franc and two acres of Malbec.
Located in the heart of the vineyards and orchards of the picturesque north shore of Lake Chelan, Amos Rome Vineyards consists of twelve acres of prime vineyard land, including some of the oldest vines in the Lake Chelan AVA.
